At FRANKIE4, we want you to feel like you are walking on clouds; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. We offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure your podiatrist-designed footwear meets your every comfort and style need.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original shoebox included.

• 2.
  Visit the Returns Portal

  Enter your order number and email address into our online portal to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
